Wrap

Wrap the tie around the neck with the wide part extending down on the right and the narrow part on the left as shown above.

Cross

Cross each and the wide end over the narrow end. Then loop the wide part up and back in front.

Grab

Grab the wide part (4) and loop it to the right through the back (5).

Loop Back

Loop back the wide part up (6) and now it's at the back (7).

Place Left Index Finger

Place your left index finger over the knot then take the wide side to the left covering the left index finger (8) and loop it again to up through the back (9). After that insert it into the hole replacing the left index finger heading down (10).

Hold And Done

Hold the knot with your right hand then your left hand pulling down the other part until the loop around the neck feels tight enough. Next, tidy up and done.
